Location: Paris (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Contract Type: Full time

Join Witco’s Sales team to drive international growth and expand our network of partners. With the recent acquisition of Sharing Cloud, Witco aims to strengthen its presence globally through strategic partnerships in channel sales.

Your mission:

Responsibilities:

  • Activate and Nurture Existing Network: Manage and enhance relationships with existing reseller and system integrator partners across international markets.
  • Source New Resellers: Proactively identify and integrate new reseller and system integrator partners in targeted regions.
  • Animate and Train the Network: Conduct training sessions and engage the partner network to ensure optimal performance and partner engagement.
  • Drive Business Opportunities: Collaborate with partners to identify and drive business opportunities until closing, ensuring alignment with Witco’s sales strategies.
  • Conduct Reviews: Lead regular account and opportunity reviews with partners to generate insights and contribute to the sales team’s success.

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel management.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with good level of French and fluent English.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in new territory development.
    • Adaptable, enjoys diverse roles, and you are flexible to travel internationally if needed.
    • Motivated by challenges and persistent in achieving sales targets.

    • Interview and business case presentation with Tiphaine – VP Sales (45min)
    • Final round interview with CEO.
    • Team meet-and-greet at the office.

Salary :

  • €45-55K base, plus commission, depending on experience.
